I specialize in working with teenagers and young adults as they navigate and process life events related, but not limited to Trauma ; physical, sexual, mental, or emotional abuse; racial identity; life transitions.
As a clinician, I am an advocate and skilled provider in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR); and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also utilize different tools and techniques associated with Art Therapy , Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems (IFS). For couples, I am a Prepare/Enrich facilitator.
I graduated from West Virginia University in 2017 with a Masters in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling.

As a social worker, my goal is to help those who have felt defeat, experienced crisis or struggling in life obtain psychosocial & emotional healing, become empowered and discover their purpose.
My primary theoretical style is Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, and the Psychodynamic model. I graduated from Concord University with a MSW as well as received a Master’s in Crisis & Trauma at Liberty University.
My personal interest includes the outdoors, cycling, kayaking, and camping. I also have an interest in breeding designer chickens and other pets.
