
I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Rehabilitation and Counseling from WVU in 2018 and have spent nearly a decade working as a therapist.
Outside the therapy room, I’m a mother, a remarried widow, a volleyball coach, a gamer, and an artist. These experiences help me understand life from the inside out and connect with the real, layered, human stories clients bring into session. I strive to meet you exactly where you are, with empathy, humility, and without judgment.

My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, compassion, and a deep respect for each person’s unique experience. I work to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions openly, at your own pace, and build the tools you need to grow and thrive.
